When you send a message, it hops from device to device until it reaches the right person, even over long distances. Each radio runs on very little power and can work on batteries or solar, so it keeps going during outages. This means people can text and share locations anywhere—hiking, in emergencies, or when networks fail—making it a simple, powerful way to stay connected when nothing else works.
